- Replace South Unit Entrance Station/Fee Booth¿ Theodore Roosevelt National Park Medora, North Dakota This project is located at the Headquarters Area Park Entrance Road, at Medora, North Dakota. Work under this contract will consist of the demolition and removal of the park¿s existing entrance/fee station kiosk, and replacement with new structure. The masonry/gravel center island containing the existing structure shall be removed and replaced The paved entry lane in the vicinity of the fee station will be widened four feet to accommodate the temporary parking of vehicles when necessary. New structure shall be wood and stone masonry construction, with new security electronics, HVAC and interior cabinetry and appliances. The Park shall supply the stone for exterior masonry work. All other materials, labor, and equipment are the responsibility of the contractor. Access to and through the park shall be maintained at all times, with at least one lane available for traffic and traffic control with signage being the responsibility of the contractor. The magnitude for this project is Between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS Code is 23332 Size Standard of $17milion, P&S Y199. This project is subject to Pulbic Law 100-656 the Small Business Competiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small businesses alike. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This solicitation will be available at (http://ideasec.nbc.gov) On or about July 6, 2004 and unless amendments are issued extending the solicitation the offers are due in this office on August 5, 2004 at 2:00 PM MT. In order to download a copy of the solicitation, vendors will be asked to register their company with the electronic commerce website. Be prepared with your company's DUNS number, available from Dun and Bradstreet at 1-888-546-0024 and your Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN).
