- Description
- The proposed contract is anticipated to be sole source to The College Board, 3700 cRESTWOOD pAR. The College Board shall provide the following: 1. Integrated College Board provided address, contact, and profile data for over 35,000 high schools and 3,500 colleges. 2. Integrated College Board Enrollment Planning Service (EPS) data sets and software functionality. 3. Discounted prospect names from the College Board’s Student Search Service. 4. Enhanced geodemographic parameters for Student Search Service purchases. 5. Provides complete EPS Predictor PLUS data integration, including custom import and export packages. 6. One-to-One Communication Flow Rules Engine that manages message content, delivery media, and timing of contact on the basis of individual characteristics and activity. (Applicable to students, volunteers and organizational contacts.). 7. FastTrack rapid implementation process that includes importing prospect records from the U. S. Coast Guard Academy legacy system. 8. Standard Import packages for 22 key student recruitment data sources including SAT, ACT, EOS, NRCCUA, and the Student Search Service. 9. Data Analyst management information module providing on-demand aggregate tables and detailed operational information for managers and staff. 10. Recruitment PLUS will allow the U. S. Coast Guard Academy to develop and manage multiple forms of customized, personalized communication with each of its constituencies (students, parents, counselors, staff, volunteers and other organizations). No other industry product can provide this service. 11. Allows use of reports and lists that are generated easily in Recruitment PLUS using dozens of standard report templates. Over 800 report possibilities exist within the application and individual users can generate any report, without IT support. 12. College Board provides the customer with complete database management services. This Internet-hosting of the Recruitment PLUS database and subsequent management of server hardware/software, and integration of external data from College Board data sources is a unique service. And 13. Data Analyst management information module providing on-demand aggregate tables and real time institutional research data. This product will offer detailed operational information for managers and admissions staff. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 1 July 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 9 July 2004. The anticipated award date will be 31 August 2004. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. The contractor must print the solicitation from FedBizOps. This office will not mail solicitations. Note: The proposed contract action is for Software and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, source under the authority of FAR 6.303-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
