- This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC/LSKC anticipates issuing a contract for repair of the following JTIDS EMD Assets: 2 each Receiver Transmitters, P/N 622-6130-001 and 2 each Digital Data Processors, P/N: P31A0007-83. This requirement is restricted to Data Link Solutions (Cage:081U3). The approximate issue date of the RFP will be 07 JUL 2004 with the approximate response date of 07 Aug 2004. Request the solicitation from the Federal Business Opportunities web site. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 334220. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). Justification: Supplies (or Services) required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources(s) and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government.
