- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. Solicitation is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation number, FA4620-04-Q-B017, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-15. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238910. Small business size standard is $12,000,000. This acquisition is 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set-aside. Site visit will be conducted on 29 June 04 at 9:00 A.M. Attendance is recommended, but not mandatory. Please contact SSgt Clinton Russell or Bruce Price by close of business on 25 June 04 if you will attend the site visit. Quotes are due by 6 July 04; NLT 4:00 pm. PDT. Anticipated award date will be no later than 16 July 04. The Government reserves the right to award all, some, or none of the items in ths request for quote. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, providing all equipment, materials, and services needed to remove, dispose, and re-vegetate three (3) sites near wetlands located on Fairchild Air Force Base IAW attached Statement of Work. The Statement of Work, Wage Determination Number 94-2565 Rev (19), Criminal Background Check Provisions and Wide Area Work Flow requirements attached to this procurement will be incorporated into the contract award.
