Description

The National Park Service is offering for lease residential Quarters 7E (Quarters) at Fort Mason, Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA) San Francisco, CA. A one year lease at fair market value is being offered by sealed bid pursaunt to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR Section 18.7. Minimum rent for the Quarters is $3,800 and a desposit of $1,500 is due with the bid. Bids are to be submitted to GGNRA Headquarters, Mail Room, Fort Mason, Building 201, San Francisco, CA 94123, Attn. Realty Specialist, no later than 4:00 P.M., July 21, 2004, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therein. A copy of the Bid Form can be obtained by calling (415) 561-4729 or writing "GGNRA NPS/FORT MASON RENTALS/Fort Mason, Bldg. 201/ San Francisco, CA 94123". Highest bidders will be notified within three days of the bid deadline, and will be required immediately thereafter to post rent and security deposit and sign the lease. Occupancy is expected by August 1, 2004. An open house for inspection of the Quarters will be conducted from 11:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 11, 2004. Additional information about the Quarters, their condition and lessee responsibilities are set forth on the previously described Bid Form.
