- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: Request the solicitation from tj.Hewitt@gsa.gov. . Solicitation number 6TSA-04-JMT-0091 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This procurement is for the following: " Develop a plan on how to tailor the GBS prime contractor’s Instructor & Key Personnel (IKP) training course material into familiarization training products for the Air Force Internet Protocol Receive Suites and 88XR configurations to include the Next Generation Receive Terminal (NGRT). The contractor shall tailor the IKP course material into an initial familiarization course for each Receive Suite configuration." Submit all requests for the sow to TJ Hewitt at tj.hewitt@gsa.gov. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes/proposals accepted. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, ability to meet service requirements, demonstration of vendor’s ability to meet the 31 December 2004 deadline at all locations, and Price. The first three factors are of equal importance, and together are more important than price. Offerors must submit all information that demonstrates to the Government, their ability to meet the technical qualifications and past performance (including at least 3 complete references for similar work). Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Offers are due by close of business July 7, 2004 and can be submitted by fax to 816-823-3277, Attn: TJ Hewitt or tj.Hewitt@gsa.gov. Inquiries regarding the solicitation will only be accepted via FAX or email.
