Description

The Network Business Center, 5901 East Seventh Street, Long Beach, CA 90822 has a request for Homemaker and Health Aide for the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90073. The Contractor will provide the services for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs in the city of Los Angeles for an hourly rate. The contract will be for a base year with four (4), one (1) year options. Issuance of the solicitation will be the week of June 28, 2004, with a response date of July 23, 2004 @ 3:30 pm. All responses for the solicitation shall be writing and faxed to 310-268-4759 or mailed the Contracting Officer at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, The Network Business Center, 11301 Wilshire Blvd., Building 258, Room 210, Los Angeles, CA 90073. The Contracting Officer will accept e-mail requests to the following address, angela.berry2@med.va.gov. This is a 100% total small business set-aside, NAICS 621610.
