- VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York, Albany NY is seeking qualified, responsible Small Business Firms who have the technical expertise and resources to provide all necessary labor, equipment and transportation for same day and/or next day delivery/pickup services between Stratton VA Medical Center, Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) and Veteran’s home. Items to be transported will include, but not limited to pharmaceuticals, supplies, sample, x-rays, laboratory specimens, patient records, forms and /or other items. Courier services are required to be available seven- (7) days/ week. Offerors shall submit a WRITTEN REQUEST ONLY for the solicitation package to: Michael C. Brennan, Network Contracting Officer, (90NCA) Stratton VA Medical Center, 113 Holland Avenue Albany, New York 12208. Telephone request WILL NOT be accepted.
