- Description
- The USPS has completed final site and building plans for a new leased building of 3,538 net interior SF on a USPS controlled site of approximately 52,116 gross SF at approximately 175? West of Crystal Street, on the South Side of Hwy 14. Offerors will be required to acquire the site(s), construct the specified building and upon completion, agree to execute a Lease with Construction Rider with the Postal Service for the entire property for a 20-year base term and two 5-year renewal options. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall offer to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about June 22, 2004, cost is $125.00 and is a non refundable fee. Forward cashier's check or money order, made payable to A&D Draft Aid, Attn: Dorothy, PO Box 40877, Denver, CO 80204-0877, (303) 573-5757, FAX (303) 573-8714 (one check per solicitation).
