- The proposed contract is to refurbish and upgrade the Cine-Sextant tracking mount to a "like new" condition. Additionally, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Photo-Sonics, under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. The NAICS for this acquisition is 333315; the small business threshold is 500 employees. Requests for the solicitation must be in writing, and indicate the business size of the requestor.
