- Description
- U.S. Government seeks office space in Orlando, FL through sole source procurement. As required by 41 U.S.C. 253(f), this serves to provide notice that the U.S. Government intends to negotiate a sole source procurement for a succeeding lease of approximately 583 Rentable Square Feet of office and related space at the Essex Building, 3101 Maguire Boulevard to house the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). A new contract will be created to reflect a 10-year, 5-year firm term lease. It would cost the Government approximately $28,000 to replicate and relocate this facility. This location also houses the Defense Criminal Investigative Service (DCIS). This agency interacts on a daily basis with DCIS and it is essential for program accomplishments for these agencies to be co-located. This agency also works closely with the DCAA Orlando Sub-office, which is in close proximity to this location.
