Description: The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to NetFusion, Inc for an additional 127 Acquire Agents for the Athene agents (software). The Acquire Agents are manufactured by NetFusion, Inc. and are utilized in support of the DotNet Project. See Note 22. Due to the commercial nature of this product responses are due on July 12, 2004, not in the 45 days allowed by Note 22.
