- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. M00681-o4-T-0253 is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular . This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside ; any responsible source may submit an offer. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210- 1000 employees. The items are as described in the attached solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. All Contractors submitting a proposal are reminded that you must be registered in the C entral Contractor Registration database to be considered for award. The website for CCR is www.CCR2000.com. The following provision(s) apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions To Offerors ?Commercial Items (MAR 2000), FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms & conditions -Commercial Items (MAY 1999), FAR 52.219-6 Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUL 1996). Far 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ? Commercial Items with the following applicable clauses for Para (b) apply to this acquisition: (11) (12) (13) (14) (15) (16) (24) and under Para (e) the following apply: (1), (2), (3), and (4). The following DFAR Clauses apply to this acquisition: DFAR 252.212-7001 Contract Terms and Conditions required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisition of Commercial Items with the following applicable claus es for Para (b): DFAR 252.225-7001 Buy American Ac and Balance Paymens Program (MARDH 1998). Proposals are solicited FOB Destination to Camp Pendleton, CA. Delivery is required for all items on or before Aug 6 2004 . The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Award is to be on an all or none. Offers shall be submitted no later than July 06 2004 to Sgt Myriah Denk via fax or mail. Offers can be sent via US Postal Service to Regional Contracting Offices, P. 0.
