- Modification P00013 is being issued to contract N00164-00-D-0025 to add a line item for 150 each DI-930 Removable Hard Drives. This contract action will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to modify the existing firm-fixed price, supply-type contract with Dynamic Instruments Inc., 3860 Calle Fortunada, San Diego, California 92123. The basis for restricting competition are the proprietary rights of Dynamic Instruments Inc. and the duplicative costs to the Government to utilize another source to satisfy the Government?s requirement.
