Description

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service (FWS) intends to award a sole source contract with South Pointe Motor Line. This award is for the purchase of one 2004 Sport Classis M2 by Freightliner. Basis Specifications: 250 horsepower with 660 pounds of torque with exhaust brake and a hydraulic brakes system. Additional specifications are available upon request. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c) (1), as implemented by 6.302-1(b)(1)(i). THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION NOR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing via the facsimile number or by email stated herein, ATTN: Frances Brown. Responses to this notice must be received by June 28, 2004. If no response is received, an award will be made to South Pointe Motor Line. Please include your name, point of contact, address, area code, telephone number and facsimile number.
