Small Business Set-Aside: Total Small Business
Description: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Tulsa Field Office, has a requirement for plugging and resurfacing of the Amaphah Well. The project is located E/2E/2SW/4SE/4 of Sec. 35, T. 7 N., R. 14 W., in Kiowa County, Oklahoma. The contractor is to provide all necessary material, equipment and labor to plug and accomplish the restoration of the surface area. Period of performance for this project is 45 days from date of award. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for small business concerns and will be awarded on a firm fixed-price basis. Small Business firms must certify that they are either a business located in the State of Oklahoma or certify to hire 51% of the workforce locally in Oklahoma. This solicitation will be available on or about 6 July, 2004. There will be a site visit on July 14, 2004 at 11AM. Meet at the intersection of HWY 115 and HWY 9, near the town of Mountain View. Bid responses will be due on August 6, 2004. Bidders are requested to visit the Department of Interior (DOI) website at http://ideasec.nbc.gov or the Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizops.gov for a copy of the solicitation.
