Description

This project is for a privately owned Build to Lease facility for a 96-unit unaccompanied officers quarters / senior enlisted quarters (UOQ/SEQ) on the K-16 Airfield, Korea. The Government will lease the facility for an extended period of time, pote ntially 15-years with a 15-year option. The UOQ/SEQ is a standard design package developed by the USACE Honolulu District with the square foot guidance from Eighth U.S. Army. The proposed facility will be sited on a section of land on the installation. This solicitation was issued on 17 June 2004 and proposal due date is 30 July 2004.
