- Description
- This is a synopsis for commercial services performed in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 15. Contractor to provide Operation, Maintenance and Repair of Medical Treatment Facilities at Scott AFB IL. These services include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to effectively, economically, and satisfactorily perform the required service. The preposed contract is projected with an initial period of performance of 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with four (4), twelve (12) month option years to run concurrent if exercised. The Request for Proposal (RFP) award will be made based upon the ?Best Value? to the Government in accordance with FAR 15 using Price Performance Trade-Off (PPTO). The associated North American Industry Classification Sustem (NAICS) code is 561210 and the business size standard is $30 million. There will be no public bid opening. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The entire solicitation, including the statement of work and its appendixes, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. Potential offerors MUST register at www.eps.gov./ in order to receive notification and/or changes to the solicitation. All contractors MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award. The CCR website is http://www.ccr.gov . Contractors can obtain further information on the Central Contractor registration (CCR) at web site http://www.safaq.hq.af.mil/contracting/ccr0.html . This solicitation has been set-aside for Small Businessess only (100%). All qualified/responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered by the agency. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any bid/proposal preparation costs.
