Description: VA Roseburg Healthcare System has a requirement for 22 or more copier/printers as defined in the solicitation document. This is a performance based requirement for firm-fixed-price services. It is a commercial item acquisition. The requirement is NOT a cost-per-copy and is NOT a lease to purchase. The requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Evaluation factors include an oral presentation. Offerors must have service technicians within an 80-mile radius of VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, Oregon.
