Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial services. The contractor shall provide pharmacy services for the VA Palo Alto Health Care System for beneficiaries of the Sonora Outpatient Clinic primarily limited to dispensing initial fills of urgently needed prescriptions when referred by authorized VA personnel. The Contractor shall provide these services at their place of business. Proposal shall be mailed to Lupe Arroyo, Contracting Officer 90/CCA, Bldg. 6, Room C-136, Palo Alto, CA 94304. All proposals shall be received in the issuing office no later than July 12, 2003 with NO EXCEPTIONS. Electronic solicitations may be obtained free at the following URL: http://www.va.gov/oa&mm/busopp/sols.htm. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments. If offeror has problems downloading the file, please contact Michelle Ranes at (866) 594-0508.
