- Description
- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services intends to award, under Smimplified Acquisitions Procedures, on a sole source basis an award to RTI International to provide maintenance for the CMS-HCC risk adjustment model. Contractor will produce and test public use software in SAS that implements the CMS-HCC models, i.e., accepts a person-level input file containing varibales necessary fo the models, and outputs risk scores and a vector of medol variables for each person. Contractor will document the software, and provide support to CMS or its data processing contractors. Contractor will provide CMS with all software, computer tapes interim and final files and file documentation upon request. Final copies of all softeare, computer tapes, files and adequate documentation for all files is required upon completion of this project. All responsible sources may submit capability statements, which shall be considered by the agnecy in accordance with the requirements in the synopsis.
