- Description
- Brazil Ranch Natural Resource Management Plan for the Los Padres National Forest will define the existing situation and need for management of the following resources: Hazardous Fuels, Coastal Grasslands Health, and Non-native Invasive Weeds. Opportunities, Objective and Management Prescriptions will be developed utilizing the following management practices: Livestock Grazing, Prescribed Fire, Mechanical Mowing, Herbicide, and Restoration. The 1200 acre ranch is located along the coast, 13 miles south of Carmel. Travel 13 miles south on Highway 1 from Carmel. The Brazil Ranch borders the ocean on the west; Bixby Creek on the north; Old Coast Road on the east; and the El Sur Ranch on the south. Recommended contract time is 3 months. NAICS code: 113210 Size Standard $6 million. Offer due by noon August 6, 2004. Estimated Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
