- Solicitation for NSN: 6135-01-369-9792, Battery, Nonrechargeable. Ultralife Batteries, P/N U9VL-FP; Bird Electronk Corp, P/N 5-1576. Indefinite Delivery Contract (IQC)/POPS with one (1)Base year plus four (4) option years. Guaranteed minimum quantity: 7800 each. Maximum annual contract quantity: 46,500 each. Minimum per delivery order: POPS 20 each; Stock 500 each Maximum per delivery order: POPS threshold $25,000. FOB destination with Inspection/Acceptance at origin.
