- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is SP0480-04-R-4595 and the solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). (iii) This combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23, dated May 5, 2004. (iv) This procurement is other than full and open competition. The government intends to award on a sole source basis against an existing basic ordering agreement. The NAICS code is 336412 and the small business size standard is 1000. (v) Line item number 0001: 2915-00-830-2016, 174 each, 100% option applies. (vi) Item Description: SLEEVE, METERING VALVE GENERAL ELECTRIC CO DIV GENERAL ELECTRIC AIRCRAFT ENGINES CAGE 99207 P/N 37C301755P102 MARK IAW MIL-STD-130K, DATED 15 JAN 00. CONFIGURATION CONTROL APPLIES SEE CLAUSE 52.246-9G36 (SECTION I). DSCR DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APPROVED TECHNICAL DATA PACKAGE AVAILABLE FOR THIS NSN. DATA IS PROPRIETARY OR INSUFFICIENT FOR COMPETITIVE PROCUREMENT. CRITICAL APPLICATION ITEM I/A/W QAP 13873 QAP-E02 REFNO DTD 97 JUL 01 (vii) Date of delivery: 260 days after receipt of order. Place of delivery and acceptance: New Cumberland, PA. FOB point: Origin (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, does not apply. Evaluation of offers will be in accordance with DSCR clauses M10F, 52.215-9G05, Automated Best Value System, July 2002, and M10G, 52.215-9G06, Evaluation and Award, February 2000.
