- 1. The following change is made to the Multitone Pagin System: FAR Clause 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders—Commercial Items (JAN 2004), Number (5)(i) 52.219-06, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside (JUNE 2003) should be checked. (ii) Alternate I (OCT 1995) of 52.219-6 should also be checked. This acquisition is for a product in a class for which the SBA has waived the nonmanufacturer rule. 2. The following questions have been received in this office. The questions are listed along with their response.(1) Have the frequencies been granted for each site? Yes.(2) The quote calls for on site and interfacing to wide area paging. Is the contractor responsible to provide wide area nationwide pager services? No. Equipment needs to transparently interface. (3) Provide the Serial numbers for the Zetron 2100 in Columbia & Zetron 640X in Poplar Bluff. Columbia Motorla Nucleus SN 711EYV0438/Zetron Paging Terminal SN 00830118; Poplar Bluff Zetron SN 0582-025, PN 901-9229. Receipt of quote is not extended. 3. Close date remains 4-15-04, 4:30 PM CST. All other terms and conditions remain the same. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (05-APR-2004).
