- Description
- General Requirements: Suitable for use as a laboratory instrument in the tensile strength testing of materials including paper, plastics, films, textiles, paperboard, and more. The instrument shall be capable of quick and efficient testing. The software control for the tensile tester shall be equipped with preprogrammed tensile, elongation or fatigue tests designed for the paper and printing industry. Specific Requirements (See specifications) Qualified Product: Instron 3345 Single Column Materials Testing System (Series IX/s Materials Testing Software and Dell Model GX260 PC included): requires an additional load cell (capacity 500 N). It is the bidder's responsibility to monitor this site for the release of amendments (if any). Potential bidders will be responsible for downloading their own copy of this solicitation.
