LEASE SPACE TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT within the Central Business District of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Requirement: The U.S. General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 76,338 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet (to be used as office space, secure storage for weapons and evidence, a break room, a file room, a mail room, interview rooms, and general storage and supply rooms) with 21 structured parking spaces in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The space shall be contiguous and located on no more than three floors. Ceiling height shall be a minimum of 10 feet. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Relocation costs will be evaluated. This is not a solicitation for offers, nor a request for proposals. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Delineated Area: The Central Business District of Philadelphia. North: Vine Street from 20th Street to Broad Street; Arch Street from Broad Street to 2nd Street South: Walnut Street East: 2nd Street West: 20th Street Lease Term: 10 years with cancellation rights after the fifth (5th) full year of occupancy.
