- Description
- The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing a maximum of 268,762 Rentable Square Feet of state-of-the-art office and related space for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in Prince Georges County, Maryland. GSA will conduct a 2-phase, best value procurement for a design/build facility. The Solicitation for Offers documents are attached. Offers for Phase I are due July 19, 2004.
