Description

This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. The Office of Naval Intelligence has a requirement to procure: (20) Noyes HiLite Visual Fault Indicators - #530007; (20) Hilti Bit TE-C+5/8-8 - #Hilti 378360; (5) Hilti Bit TE-C+ 5/5-8 - #Hilti 378362; (5) Ideal cable cutter - #216678; (20) Klein 9" Torpedo Level - #007961; (10) Benner Cable Cutter - #007845; (20) Panduit Cable Tie Tool - #030280; (5) Corning FBC-012 Fiber Cleaver - #Corning-C FBC-012; (5) Corning FBC-012 1 Fiber Handler - #Corning Handler-012-1F; (5) Corning FBC-012 2 Fiber Handler - #Corning Handler-012-2F. Brand name required. Evaluation factor will be lowest price. This is an ALL or NONE request for offers. The FAR provisions at 52.212-1 pertain as well at the FAR clauses 52.212-4 and 52.212-5. Additionally, the DFARS clause 252.211-7003. Offers will be accepted via e-mail only, prior to the close-of-business 2 July 2004. Please reference solicitation number N00015040017.
