- FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure Navy Executive Culinary Knife Kits for Naval Supply Systems Command, Mechanicsburg, PA. Request for Quotation (RFQ) N00140-04-Q-G900 contemplates a firm fixed price contract. Delivery of supplies/services is required within 30 days ADC. This procurement will be solicited using FAR Subpart 13.5 test program procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Small Business set aside procurement. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.dtic.mil/dfars. The NAICS Code is 423710. It is requested that qualified sources are capable of providing 200 units of the following Contract Line Item Numbers: CLIN 0001 Navy Executive Series Kit. Each kit shall consist of the following: 10? Chefs Knife Forged, 6? Boning Knife Forged, 12? Steel, 3.5? Paring Knife Forged, 10? Wide Bread Knife, 11? Wavy Edge Meat Slicer, 8? Meat Fork, Pocket Thermometer, Vegetable Peeler, 7 Pocket Knife Roll; CLIN 0002 Shipping. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
