- This action was previously synopsized as N61331-03-R-0064. This is a modification to synopsis N61331-03-R-0064 which was published on or about 23 Jul 03. There are two changes, they are: (1) This is a 100% SBSA, and (2) the quantity is approximately 1,041 each storage containers. The Coastal Systems Station (COASTSYSTA), Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Fl, intends to solicit competitive proposals for providing an Indefinite Quantity contract to fabricate and assembly aluminum cabinets/lockers for use in stowage of Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) and compressed breathing air cylinders aboard ship. The lockers will be manufactured in accordance with drawings previously developed by U.S. Navy personnel. A three-year Requirements Contract with firm fixed price delivery orders is contemplated. Technical and cost proposals will be required. Requests for this solicitation may be made by email to hinesmf@ncsc.navy.mil. Requests should include the prospective offeror's Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, email address, point of contact, physical mailing address, and telephone number. The prospective contractor?s information is needed in order to help establish the ?Bidders Mailing List?. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Solicitation will be available for download on or about 23 Aug 03. NAICS Code 337215 Applies. SBA Size Standard is 500 Employees. CSS plans on releasing the solicitation electronically only.
