- Description
- This requirement is being procured in accord with FAR Part 36, Construction and Architect-Engineer Contracts and award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for renovation of a shop building that includes exterior painting, installation of new Vehicle Lift, renovation of existing office area and construction of additional office space and toilet room and interior painting of shop bays. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials and expertise for the job. This is not a Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with the latest quarterly adjustment under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The NAICS code is 236220. The size standard is $28.5. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The tenative issuance date is 6/24/04 with a closing date of 7/22/04. A firm fixed price contract will be issued with a performance period of 180 days from the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated award date is 8/04/04. The RFQ documents will be available electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site at Http://FEDBIZOPPS.GOV under RFQ No. 401813Q206. Paper copies will NOT be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site for any updates/amendments. NOTE: In order to view the solicitation you must be registered at the Central Contract Registration (CCR) http://www.ccr.gov.
