- Description
- The Bureau of Land Management proposes to noncompetitively issue a purchase order with Pixxtures, Inc. 15000 West 64th Ave., Arvada, Colorado 80007 for 164 Digital Ortho-Quadrangles (DOQ) in southeastern Oregon. The DOQs are created from recent 2000/2001 aerial photography flown as part of the National Aerial Photography Program (NAPP) managed by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). DOQs are required to meet USGS standards as set forth in the December 1996 publication downloadable in three parts at http://rockyweb.cr.usgs.gov/mnpstds/doqstds.html. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses due no later than July 16, 2004, by 11:59 p.m., EST.
