PRON: AX4F0401AX; NOUN: Clevis, Rode End; NSN:5340-01-208-1870; Part Number: 70219-02114-044; Qty: Min 400 each; Max 800, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with five years Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) applicable to the UH-60Air craft. With delivery 160 each to Texarkana, TX; 140 each to New Cumberland, PA and 100 each to Stockton, CA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 400 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 400 each 210 days after contract award. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restr ictions. This Acquisition contains data which is considered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the united States without prior approval of the Government. The clo sing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
