PRON: AX4F0308AX/AX4F0410AX, NOUN: Mixer Assembly, Control, NSN: 1615-01-260-0749 PN:70400-02300-046, Quantity: 50 with two option years, 100% each year applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Mai n Street, Stratford, CT, Cage Code: 78286. With delivery 20 each to Texarkana, TX and 30 each to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 50 each 315 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 50 each 210 DACA. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition o f the part from the approved source(s). This Acquisition contains data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approv al of the Government. This Acquisition contains Technical Data whose Export is restricted by the Arms Export Control Act(Title 22, USC.,SEC 2751 ET SEQ)or the Export Administration Act (Title 50, USC., App 2401-2402) Executive order 121470.This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to t he date stated above.
