- The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Campbell intends to negotiate a sole source purchase order with ADT Security System, Incorporated, 7399 Boston Blvd Springfield, Va. 22153-0000. To provide a security control access system to the new combat missi on simulator building at 160th compound, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The system will be connected to the existing ADT Security System. The system was installed and has been maintained and upgraded by ADT Security. NAICS code for this procurement is 561621; SIC7382 with business size of $10.5. To be awarded as an unrestricted procurement basis. This sole source procurement is under the simplified Acquisition Procedures, and Other Than Full and Open Competition. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within 10 days from the date of the publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion fo r the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with ADT Security Systems, Incorporated. Responses are due by June 30, 2004, 4:00 p.m. (CST).
