- This will be an indefinite-quantity contract. Contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and repair of automatic swinging and sliding doors, linear accelerator door, fire roll-up doors and windows, Tripler Army Medical Center and Schofield Barracks, Island of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 2 August 2004. Response date above is estimated. Act ual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 20 August 2004. Period of performance is 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with 3 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is a 100% small bu siness set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years do not exceed $6.0 million. Current contract is a base with four option years and the estimated contract price is $111,321.00.
