Exabyte Annual Hardware Maintenance This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-04-R-7073. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 + 23 effective 5 May 2004 and FAC 2001-19, effective 8 Jun 2004 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and DFARS Change Notice 20040608.
