- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (ii) Solicitation FA4800-04-T-0018 is issued as a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-19. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iv)This acquisition will be set-aside for small business. The NAICS code is 531110 with a small business size standard of $5,000,000.00. (v) The contractor shall provide all labor, design tools, equipment, material, and other items and services necessary SEE STATEMENT OF WORK (vii) Units issued = each. (viii) The date of delivery shall be no later than 90 days ARO(after receipt of order )or sooner. FOB Destination. Resposibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (viii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: cost/price location with both factors having the same weighing. (x) Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer.
