- Description
- Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision for the renovation of the heating system of Bldg. 2 at the VA Boston Healthcare System's Jamaica Plain campus at 150 So. Huntington Ave., Boston, MA 02130. The work includes furnishing and installing a new gas fired boiler/burner, flue, plumbing, electrical, masonry,electronic controls, and demolition in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications. NAIC 238220 and size standard $12M apply. The cost range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The solicitation will be available on 6/28/04 and must be requested in writing. See Numbered Note 29.
