- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment required to install a new Air Conditioning System in the Chapel, B-88, at the VA Medical Center, St. Cloud, Minnesota. Work will include general construction, alterations, trenching, sidewalk, grading, drainage, landscaping, demolition, electrical, mechanical, controls, utility systems, painting, necessary removal of existing structures and certain other items as defined in the contract documents and drawings. Electronic solicitation documents may be obtained FREE via the VA Business Opportunities website. Requests for hard copy solicitation documents must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and accompanied by a check for $25.00 made out to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Only ONE request for hard copies will be honored per contractor. No telephone or faxed requests will be accepted. The drawings are in AutoCAD 2004 format. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will only be available on the VA Business Opportunities website. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Issue date is June 18, 2004; Pre-Bid Conference is July 13, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. with Bid Opening August 3, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. The cost range is $90,000 to $150,000. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 233320. No electronic offers will be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds.
