- ATSI is soliciting cost proposals for Physician Services at the Cleveland Job Corps. Bid packs may be obtained by stopping by the center or by email cmaltba@jcdc.jobcorps.org. When requesting a bid pack, please provide the name of your company, contact person, address, phone number, and the above reference number. Please do not use a PO Box as your mailing address. A subcontract will be awarded for the period of August 1, 2004 through July 31, 2005. Cost proposals must be received by 5:00 PM, July 9, 2004. Job Corps is a national training and employment program administered by the Department of Labor.
