- Notification is made by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), for a Streamlined Cost Comparison Study under OMB Circular A-76. The A-76 commercial activities being studied within ACF are writer-editor. These services are located in the ACF Office of the Assistant Secretary for Children and Families in Washington, D.C. Two positions are identified for study. The Competitive Sourcing Representative is Curtis Coy, Deputy Assistant Secretary for Administration. The Contracting Officer is Michele Trotter. The projected end date for the competition is no later than September 16, 2004.
