- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Carnegie Mellon University, 5000 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15213, for additional effort under Contract 200-2002-00528. Chemical sensor development for integration in monolithic complimentary metal oxide semiconductor technologies as a low-cost platform for monitoring toxic gases and vapors in respirators will be continued in an approach to merge chemically sensitive nanostructured polymers with CMOS microelectro mechanical systems.
