- Description
- The USDA, NRCS is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to purchase a commercial SCSD Package and one (1) year of related maintenance, and SCSD Floating User Licenses and one (1) year of related maintenance per each floating user license. The SCSD shall support decentralized, network-dispersed, team-oriented, code development and project management. It shall facilitate web-based team communication, issue tracking, user access permissions, collaborative code and document management, and leverage existing version control systems. NRCS requires such a system that will allow network-dispersed developers, both federal and non-federal, to be able to manage software development projects in a project team oriented manner. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with one (1) base period ending September 30, 2004, and two (2) option periods for fiscal years 2005 and 2006, respectively. Minimums and maximums apply. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. No set aside restrictions apply. RFQ will be released June 24, 2004 and quotes must be received by 3:00 PM Mountain Time July 30, 2004. A question and answer period will be provided prior to quotation receipt date. Award will be based upon a best value determination with respect to tradeoffs between price and non-price evaluation factors as set forth in the RFQ. RFQ may be obtained by sending an e-mail request to the contracting officer at densminger@itc.nrcs.usda.gov. RFQ will be forwarded to requestors via e-mail. Numbered Note: 12
