Description

SYNOPSIS: AMMENDMENT - Addition of additional product: NSN 6850-01-390-9530 Cleaning Compound in 5 gallon cans. EAD is 800 units. Anticipate a FFP Indefinite Quantity Contract, RFP, commercial item NSN 6850-01-390-9453, Cleaning Compound in 55 gallon drums. I/A/W MIL-STD-129 The estimated annual quantity for this product is 286 55-gallon drums to stock locations SRG (Richmond, VA) and 286 55-gallon drums to stock location AQ5 (Tracy, CA). This is a Critical Application Item with QPL restrictions. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. Item has shelf life of 36 months. COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. RFP will result in a base year plus four (4) option years. FOB destination - inspection and acceptance destination, QAP 251. The solicitation will not contain EPA provisions and will not contain progress payments. Quantity variance will be plus 5% minus 5%. Delivery requirements are 30 days ARO. This item does not have Surge requirements. Solicitation will be issued on or about July 9, 2004 and closing 21 days later.
