Firm fixed quantity procurement for a quantity of 100 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA and a quantity of 300 each to be delivered to Jacksonville, FL. Solicitation will contain a 100% quantity option. Solicitation is being issued on an unrestricted basis.
