- UPDATE: This is notification that Solicitation FA8601-04-T-0095, Rainbow Trout, has been extended: FROM: 1700 Hours, 15 June 2004 TO: 1700 Hours, 16 June 2004 All other terms, conditions, clauses and attachments to FA8601-04-T-0095 remain the same. ******************************************************************************** The U. S. Air Force, 88th Air Base Wing (ABW), Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, requests supplier quotations for live, healthy trout. All trout shall be healthy and in good condition when delivered. The delivery schedule is within the Request For Quotation (RFQ) that can be obtained from the 04-T-0095 Library (see below) or from the 88th ABW/PKD, Lu Ann Scott, 1940 Allbrook Drive, Suite 3, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, 45433-5309; or by email (luann.scott@wpafb.af.mil) by requesting a solicitation be transmitted electronically by email or by fax. Timne for submission of proposals: Requst for Quotations Issuance date: 10 June 2004 The closing date/time is 1700 hours on Tuesday, 15 June 2004. Subject award shall be based on Best Value to the Government - price and past performance considered. This acquisition will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing procedures under FAR Part 19.5. Local Notes: B, E, G This RQF consists of 21 pages.
