- This is Amendment 0009 for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items that was originally issued on 20 February 2003 and is hereby amended as follows: A) The above closing date (18 FEB 2004) is applicable only to those offerors with whom the Government has conducted negotiations for the Miniature Night Vision Sight II (MNVS II). The solicitation’s Item Numbers for the MNVS II are 0005, 0006, 007, 0008 and 0033. B) This amendment is issued to notify the applicable MNVS II offerors that discussions have been concluded and that final proposal revisions shall be submitted, in writing, on or before 18 FEB 2004, 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Revisions to technical proposals shall not be accepted. The Government intends to make award without obtaining further revisions. Tele-faxed proposal revisions are allowed (FAX Number is 812-854-5095). Revised proposals for the solicitation’s remaining item numbers shall be addressed in upcoming amendments. C) All other terms and conditions in the solicitation remain the same. Offers shall be delivered to: Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane, Building 2521, Attn: Don Ellison, Code 1162 Bldg. 2521, 300 Highway 361, NSWC Crane, IN 47522-5001. All required information must be received on or before 18 FEB 2004, 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
