- This is Amendment 0007 for a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items that was originally issued on 20 February 2003 and is hereby amended as follows: A. The above closing date (03OCT03) is applicable only to those offerors with whom the Government has conducted negotiations for the Rail Interface System II (RIS II). The solicitation’s Item Numbers for the RIS II are 0021, 0022, 0023, 0024 and 0033. The Government requests revised proposals from the applicable RIS II offerors. Revised proposals must be received by 03OCT03, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Telefaxed proposal revisions are allowed (FAX Number is 812-854-5095). Revised proposals for the solicitation’s remaining item numbers shall be addressed in upcoming amendments. B) All other terms and conditions in the solicitation remain the same. Revised offers shall be delivered to: Naval Surface Wa rfare Center Crane, Building 2521, Attn: Don Ellison (Code 1162), 300 Highway 361, Crane, IN 47522-5001. All required information must be received on or before 03OCT2003, 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
